TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDERS (TAP) SYSTEM |
The goal of the South Carolina Early Care and Education Technical Assistance Provider
(TAP) System is to facilitate the certification and administration of personnel
wishing to provide technical assistance to educators of young children. This system
will allow an educator seeking certification by the state to initiate an application
for certification and, once certified, to track services provided to educators.
